Amazing Birthday Fishing Trip with Captain Bill & Captain Craig!

5 Hour Trip — Inshore il April 26, 2026 • 4 adulti • 2 bambini

We booked with Captain Craig for a charter fishing trip for my 12-year-old son and his cousin’s birthdays, and it ended up being the highlight of our trip! Due to a thunderstorm the day before, Craig had to make a few changes to the itinerary, and we were so thankful he worked it out so our trip wasn’t completely canceled while also taking care of the group booked before us who had missed their trip because of the weather.

We ended up fishing with Captain Bill, and he was amazing! He knew all the best spots, and we barely had time to sit before another fish was on the line. The kids had an absolute blast, and so did the adults! Great communication from start to finish, a clean boat, and they were always right there helping bait hooks and making sure everyone was set up for the next catch.

Such a fun experience and such a great memory for the boys’ birthdays. We’ll definitely be booking with them again!

Epic Day!

8 Hour Trip — Federal Offshore il March 15, 2026 • 2 adulti

This was an epic day on the water. As avid anglers, we prefer a hands-on experience—rigging bait, working the rods, and handling the catch ourselves. The crew (Galvin, Garrett, and Brenden) were amazing and completely accommodated our style. We did an 8-hour offshore trip and stayed on the fish all day, catching a huge variety of species that put up some unbelievable fights.

We kept only what we wanted for dinner, and the crew was more than happy to release the rest; they prioritize the experience over "trophy displays" on the dock. I highly recommend Emerald C and want to thank the guys for a day that felt like fishing with friends.

Our Day with Emerald “C” and Captain Garrett was GREAT!

4 Hour Trip — Inshore il September 9, 2025 • 4 adulti

We were scheduled for a Tuesday, Captain Craig called to let us know of “Problem Weather” on our Scheduled day and suggested we move up a day. We took his advice and were given clear directions on where to meet Captain Garret for our Trip.

Captain Garrett was personable, informative and had us on fish almost immediately to start the day! We caught Mangrove Snapper, Redfish, Flounder, & Spanish Mackerel. Numerous Dolphins were spotted on the trip including the Local Celebrity Dolphin “Half Tail” ! Not only did we catch plenty of fresh fish to feed the entire group back at the condo ( and also fish to take home for the freezer ) we had a great time to boot.

My Wife and I have been on several guided trips and our next trip to AL/FL coast ( Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Pensacola ) won’t be complete without a trip with Capn’s Craig or Garrett.  12/10 highly recommend!

Best Trip Ever

This was one fun trip the captain and guide were amazing.  They put us right on the fish and we limited out in the first 2 hours. I will highly recommend Emerald C to everyone.   it was the best experience of this trip.  We will be booking another trip in the future.

Had the pleasure's of taking my 13 year old daughter out for her first offshores fishing trip and I'm glad i picked Emarld C's. Craig and Chance were great with helping her and putting us on fish. Mingo snapper limit was completed before the first 2 hours were up. We went out a little bit more and managed to reel in a couple nice groupers thanks to the help of Chance. Definitely recommend a fishing charter with them.
