awesome day on the high seas

trip started slow but once we found a school of albacore we stayed with them and had fun catching lots of them football sized tasty treats. caught and ate my first barracuds,was always a little hesitant because of ciguatera but mate said not down here and let me tell you that was a very delicious fish. on way back to marina the handline snapped to attention with a thunderclap then pole startted screaming drag took my buddy 15mins to get a whopper of a bull.mahi.mahi. only suggestion is if you want your fish iced bring alot for the fish box because they dont have an iced box just a box. i find if you catch one in the morning on an 8hr trip thats a long time for a fish to be not iced. great day,great boat,great crew,spent an awesome day with my best buddy!!

It was a great day on the Carla! We had an amazing time fishing and can’t thank Rudolph, Juan and their crew enough for the guide and experience. Rudolph and crew had strong expertise and knowledge to give us an experience we will never forget. Rudolph and his lead deck hand worked hard the entire time to allow us to focus on what we came to do, and that was to fish. We caught Mahi Mahi and Barracuda and afterwards the crew filleted our fish on the dock followed by Lucy’s restaurant cooking it up for our lunch. A true sea to plate moment. We highly recommend the Carla and their crew!

From the moment we stepped onto the dock in the early morning light, it was clear that our day with *Carla* was going to be something special. The crew greeted us with smiles, energy, and professionalism that never wavered throughout the day. Every detail was taken care of, allowing us to focus on what we came for—epic fishing!
We caught a great variety of fish, including beautiful Mahi Mahi and feisty Bonita. The real MVP of the day was the first mate, Rudolph, who worked tirelessly—truly nonstop—to get us on the fish and make sure every moment was memorable. His passion, knowledge, and enthusiasm were unmatched.
The icing on the cake? At the end of a full day on the water, Rudolph filleted our freshly caught Mahi Mahi, and we headed over to Lucy’s Bar and Grill. There, they cooked it up for us to perfection—talk about ocean-to-table! It was easily one of the best meals we’ve ever had, made all the more special by the fact that we caught it ourselves.
We can’t recommend *Carla* Fishing Charters enough. Whether you're an experienced angler or just out for a new adventure, this is the kind of day that stays with you long after the sun sets over the Aruban horizon.

The trip was very nice. They provided a clean and safe trip. The waves were a little more happier than normal but we got out we got on the fish immediately. It was a great trip.

We had a great time. The weather was a little stormy in the morning but altogether we got out we had a great fishing trip. We did catch fish and we had a great time. All around was a pretty good fishing trip. Great day to fish.

wonderful day on the water, fishing was tough but we still landed 3 fish and several other strikes, beautiful waters to be out on and enjoy, Rudolf cleaned fish for us and Lucy's restaurant right next to the dock where the Carla is kept cooked it for us. great trip and great fish dinner, very reasonable price for both.
