    Excellent day out

This is our 4th trip with Socrates and we always have a great time. We've always come away catching lots of fish which is enjoyable for all involved. My son (8) caught 7/8 on his own and the first within the first minute of casting! Will definitely book again. Thank you Socrates. Stav and James (London)

Fantastic Fishing Trip (Sean & Jasper)

From start to finish a very well organised morning fishing trip with brilliant communications. First time sea fishing for my 9yr old son and myself and we loved it. The morning was much cooler and also got to watch the sunrise. The captain was extremely welcoming, knowledgable and super friendly. We caught plenty of puffer fish, red mullet, sea perch and then the more rare pig fish and a lion fish! Good value for money, great experience and fantastic memories made. Thanks Socrates⭐️

Mullet Snapper fishing is all about fast strikes and steady power. This sleek Snapper hits hard, runs deep, and makes every hookup exciting. Anglers love it for the fight and for delicious, firm fillets after a successful day.

You can target Mullet Snapper while reef fishing or inshore fishing around rocks and structure. Bottom fishing with live bait or cut bait works well. Spinning with metal jigs and diving plugs also draws bites. Jigging means lifting and dropping a weighted lure to trigger a strike. Drift fishing, which lets the boat move with wind or current, helps cover more ground.

Expect quick action near reefs, ledges, and bait schools. The fish fight clean but strong, so steady pressure matters. This is a great target for first-time anglers, families, and anyone who enjoys active rod work. Bring sun protection, a hat, polarized sunglasses, and non-slip shoes. Many crews provide tackle, but check ahead and pack any favorite lures.

Before your trip, check local rules. You may need a fishing license or permit, and there can be seasons, size limits, and bag limits. Regulations change often, and they vary by location. Practice responsible harvest and consider releasing larger fish to support healthy stocks.
