Having fished all his life, Captain Douglas decided to impart his passion onto his children. Taking them out to fish regularly, people quickly saw how good he was at teaching and guiding, and advised him to start doing it professionally. He took it up as a full-time job and has been successful in growing his business to where it is today. He still loves introducing people to the sport of fishing and seeing their excitement as they reel in their first fish of many.

    Great first trip to Lake Geneva with Captain Ide!

    First time trip for my son and I fishing lake Geneva couldn’t have gone better. Doug is a great and patient guide that gave us a ton of pointers. He brought us out and put us right on the bluegills! Fantastic service!

bass on the inland lakes are in prespawn and non stop action for the last 2 weeks we have had a blast shallow and slow presentation.crappies have been about 3 foot down in 6 foot of water .walleye action has been slow gills have been active 3 feet or less
