Hayden Hawes

Capt. Hayden is a South Florida native and lifelong angler who grew up fishing the same waters he now guides. A USCG-licensed captain, he specializes in offshore live-bait fishing and enjoys targeting everything from Kingfish and Mahi Mahi to Sailfish, Tuna, Cobia, and Snapper. Hayden graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida, where he founded the UF Saltwater Sportfishing Club and taught fellow anglers about fishing techniques, tackle, rigging, and marine electronics. His passion for education carries over to every charter. Whether you're an experienced angler or catching your first fish, he enjoys explaining the "why" behind the techniques and helping everyone become a better angler. When he's not guiding, Hayden is often on the water fishing, testing marine equipment, or creating educational fishing content. His goal with Triple Threat Fishing Charters is simple: provide a safe, exciting, and educational day on the water while sharing the incredible offshore fishery South Florida has to offer.
