Ever since I was a kid I could be found fishing whenever and where ever I could. Over the past 13 years, I've spent the majority of my time focusing on Lake Michigan and dialing my fishing techniques. In the fall of 2017, I received my USCG 6-pack Captains license. In the summer of 2018, I started doing charters so I could bring you all excitement and joy that fishing on Lake Michigan has to offer.

    Captain Robert was great!

    Booking was easy and Captain Robert was very responsive throughout the process up until our trip. We had many questions and a few changes and Captain Robert was very accommodating and thorough. Once we got to the dock and was making our way to the boat, we ran into a few other fisherman. They asked who we were there to meet with and we said Captain Robert. They responded that we were in great hands. Their response was affirming and solidified that we booked with the right captain! My family and I caught a ton of fish and more importantly had a great time and overall experience. Afterwards we all talked about how we would definitely book with Captain Robert again the next time we wanted to take a charter trip in the area!

    Mid-morning, steady bite

    Captain got ahold of us the night before to start off earlier. Weather was expected to be bad in the afternoon. We agreed on changed time and it worked out well. Bite was steady, caught 1 before completely setup, caught 1 while reeling up at the end. Landed some nice kings and rainbows. Two of us took home a lot of fish. Great trip, would definitely reccomend.

    Captain Rob and first mate Jason were awesome. Talked fishing. But also hunting and lots of other bull. Great fishing. Barely had time to take a break in between fish and then before you knew it we had limited out. Would highly recommend. We will return with another group in the future.

    Great Family Fishing Trip!

    Rob did an excellent job putting us on fish. We caught a limit which also included some real big kings. He did a great job setting up and explaining things. I definitely will recommend him and will use him in the future. It was a great family fishing trip!

    Great Trip

    Rob is great. He had some rough waters to deal with from some northern winds but he was able to track down some great fish. Everyone in the group hit their daily bag limit and we will definitely do another trip with Hunt 'n' Fish!

Thank you to everyone for yet another GREAT summer of fishing! I met alot of great people, caught alot of fish, and look forward to fishing with many of you again in 2026! Don't be afraid to book early, as prime weekend dates fill fast!!
