Captain Troy has been fishing since 1993 in the Crystal River and in Key West, and has moved to Destin years ago, where he started his charter business. He loves taking guest out on the water and seeing their happy faces as they reel in their catch in excitement. His crew and him love to take children out on the boat and teach them about different species and fishing techniques, and he says that children are the best learners as they take the information provided and apply it immediately.

The boat even has a device to reduce rocking so if you are prone to motion sickness this is the boat for you. The crew explained everything we were going to do and executed their plan. They put us on fish everywhere we went. We even hooked a 200 lb bull shark that we brought close to the boat for photos before Shawn cut the line loose just inches from the shark's mouth to ensure the line didn't get into the shark's gills. towards the end of the trip we landed a Wahoo. Great trip, awesome crew, and a great boat. I would recommend to anyone wanting to experience fishing in the Gulf of America.

Crew PJ and Capt.'s wife Suzanne, HUSTLED to keep everyone's line baited and in the water, there was no slow motion on their parts. Captain moved the boat many times to keep us on the fish. If there was no bite in 5 minutes, were moved on. The boat is VERY clean and well equipped. Everyone knew what they were doing and what needed to be done. On top of that, Captain and crew were very personable and fun to talk to. We will DEFINITELY fish with them again. I highly recommend Reel Chill for anyone looking for a great day of fishing.

Captain Troy And First Mate Shaun are far above their competitors with the knowledge and experience of Destin fishing charters. Their fishing equipment is top of the line. Captain Troy knows every inch of the Golf of America and First Mate Shaun knows everything about catching fish. You get the best of trolling, and bottom fishing all in one. This was our first fishing excursion, and I researched all the charters in Destin for two days before I picked Reel Chill Fishing. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

The crew checked off 2 of my husband's bucket list items, catching the biggest fish in his life and catching a shark. It was a Bull shark, he released it. But all in all it was a wonderful experience, we will definitely book with Reel Chill the next time we go fishing.

8 ore – Pesca a fondo e traina • 6 adultiWe have been on several trips in the past but this one is for the record books! Captain Troy and his deck hands were awesome. They made sure we caught fish. We got the red snapper we wanted. The mahi mahi that was on our list and to top it off they got us a 78 pound Wahoo. We plan to book again with him if we come back this way in the future and would recommend him and his team to anyone.
