  We went out and almost immediately found Mahi Mahi. We later headed in to reef fish where we caught a rainbow runner and some yellow tail. Austin is the best, he is extremely knowledgeable and a great guy. None of us have ever caught as much as we did on any charter before. They were also very flexible and we were able to catch multiple species. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to choose Jay charters, we had a blast and caught a lot of fish!

  Fishing May 4th My Brother-in-law and I booked a 6hr offshore trip with Captain Jay’s Charters and they did not disappoint. From the start, Captain Austin was extremely diligent in putting us on the fish. Even though we had a bit of a slow start, patience ultimately paid off in the form of over 35 fish in total. Mahi, Grouper, yellow tail, Nurse shark, Bonita, Skipjack and a plethora of other species rounded out our day. We did opt to stay out another 2 hours, which was key in our bounty. Captain Austin was extremely easy going and very informative. By far the best experience I’ve had to date! If you’re considering a charter, look no further than Jay’s, you won’t be disappointed!   We had an amazing day on the water with Captain Bryan! He was incredibly patient with the kids and made sure everyone felt comfortable and included, which made the experience even more enjoyable for our family. The weather was a little unpredictable, but he was flexible and adjusted our plans so we could still have a great trip. We caught tons of fish and a great variety too, which kept the excitement going the whole time. The kids had an absolute blast and it turned into such a fun and memorable day for all of us. If you’re looking for a fishing charter that’s family-friendly, fun, and run by someone who truly cares about the experience, Captain Bryan is the one to book! 🎣🐟☀️

  Captain Ben is a friendly host who made sure everyone on our trip was comfortable and having fun. He worked equally well with the more experienced anglers in our group and with the inexperienced. My 17 y/o daughter, 15 y/o son and wife and I all had a great time. We saw manatees, dolphins, and more and each caught multiple fish. Captain Ben realized that my son was interested in catching a shark and took the extra effort to make that happen. The kid caught a 6’ nurse shark! I would be confident recommending Captain Ben for a family of any age or experience range based upon his patience and kind hospitality.

  Grouper and Bull Shark Experience!

  I booked the charter for me and my son during our holiday vacation to the keys. I explained to Captain Ryan how we weren't looking to keep any fish and just wanted to get the best fishing action possible. Captain Ryan proceeded to take us to their Grouper fishing grounds and we had a blast! We've never fished for such huge fish before and the experience was unforgettable. We hooked 2 huge groupers but were not able to get them to the boat since they were too big. However, we also hooked a huge 8-9 foot bull shark and were able to get it to the boat for pictures and video. Fantastic trip!!!!
