Richard is a USCG Master License Captain who enjoys spending his time fishing as well as hunting. Captain Richard is able to accommodate beginners and experienced anglers.

    what a great trip I was on board with two 11-year-olds of my fiance Captain rich and first meet Chris were incredible they were so great with the children I can't say enough

    Incredible salmon fishing

    We had a fantastic 6 hour salmon fishing charter. The conditions were perfect for salmon fishing. Four on the charter all caught our limit Of 3 fish each. Great day out with Chris and Joe.

    Had a blast

    We caught plenty of fish and everyone had a great time. We caught some (in my opinion) big fish and we only missed one. The crew was friendly and helpful. We got an opportunity to test out our sea legs and learned some creative names for fishing equipment. All in all we had a fantastic time and now everyone won't stop asking me when we'll go again.

    I had a Great Time with Capt. Rich DeMong!

    I took this charter with Capt. Rich partly because I wanted to learn as much as possible about salmon fishing Lake Ontario, as well as catch some salmon. Thanks to Capt. Rich I did! He was very generous in showing me and explaining all the different gear & tackle and techniques we used. We also did catch fish, but unfortunately didn't land any, but I don't blame him for that. Note: I didn't have access to the "head" as I thought I would, so you might want to check on that beforehand.

We have seen some of the best spring fishing we have ever seen!! Browns, steelies, lakers, kings and cohos!!!! Insane is a word I have heard from fellow capts since the beginning of April!!

Our crew from Fishing Booker had a great time on Lake Ontario!! They ended up with 11 king salmon, up to 27lbs and a beautiful Steelhead. We will see you next year!!!

Mother nature gave us cold clear water, which made the inshore fishing very tough. We were able to get a couooe browns and some atlantics in there. We moved ofdshore and found some cohos, atlantics and lakers that wanted to play!! With temps starting to rise, the fishing with really turn on!!
