  The trip itself was great, but the customer service afterward was unacceptable. My group was reduced by one person, and the captain specifically instructed me to contact Fish Booker for a refund. I did exactly that and received absolutely no response. Being completely ignored after following the captain’s is unacceptable. This experience has left me extremely disappointed, and because of the lack of communication and customer service, I do not know if i will be recommending Fish Booker.

  Had a great trip with Vince and his first mate. Had us on fish all day. Very friendly and prompt and professional communication before the trip. I highly recommend and will be booking again for sure!

  Captain Vince made sure we caught our daily limit so we wouldn't go home with any less. He and the first mate were great to fish with and talk to. Would recommend his service to others interested in the experience.

  6hr trip for Walleye with Captain Vince

  We had a great first experience fishing on Lake Erie with Captain Vince and his first mate Daniel. There were 4 of us on the boat - my son and I, his friend and his dad + Vince and Daniel. Plenty of room to fish. The boat was clean and in very good condition. They had a good plan to fish the shallows first and see what we would catch. We got half of our 6 per day limit there in 2 hours. He then took us to a deeper area and we caught the balance of our limit there. We were very impressed with their set up and rigging. They had more rods and lures than we could ever use in a weeks time. They were attentive to our "first time" on Lake Erie needs. They answered lots of questions and gave lots of insight to the local area, the boat set ups and the lake and fish characteristics. I would not hesitate to charter with Vince & Daniel again and I highly recommend him for any level of angler.
