Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, Capt. Efrain has been fishing the Lower Laguna Madre for many years by wading and kayaking on several different boats. Now the captain uses a 2024 - 21' Shallow Master with trolling motor that's excellent for shallow water fishing with extremely easy access to transition into wading.

Very entertaining and enjoyable trip, his boat is clean and maintained very professionally, we definitely felt very well taken care off. CPT DLS is very engaging and helpful with tips and techniques and also amazing action shots with awesome pictures and videos . I will definitely be coming back with my friends again in and again after that.
