6 ore (mattina) con esca viva e artificiale • 3 adultiEravamo in tre a pescare, abbiamo iniziato con una partenza alle 6 di mattina dal punto di accesso barca di Pinnacle. Il Capt. Will era già in acqua dalle 4 del mattino per raccogliere esche vive per la nostra uscita. Tutta l'attrezzatura e il pontone erano in ottime condizioni. Abbiamo avuto il nostro primo doppio aggancio di hybrid striped bass e Spotted bass entro 30 minuti. Da quel momento in poi è stata un'azione continua e costante. Sia con la Traina che con il lancio libero abbiamo preso pesce. Hybrid striped bass, Spotted bass, pesce gatto channel e Pesce gatto. Raccomandiamo vivamente il Capt. Will e lo prenoteremo sicuramente di nuovo. Una fantastica uscita di 6 ore sul lago!

Il Capitano Will era pronto con tantissima esca fresca per la nostra uscita di pesca di 5 ore. Conosce tutti i posti migliori per trovare i pesci sul Lago Logan e ci siamo spostati per il lago catturando pesci in ogni punto. La sua attrezzatura è incredibile!! I miei ragazzi sono rimasti assolutamente impressionati dal suo sonar e dalla sua capacità di capire quali pesci si trovavano in ogni zona solo osservando il modo in cui si muovevano. Nel complesso, l'esperienza è stata davvero fantastica per la nostra famiglia! Raccomando caldamente il servizio di guida Set n Hooks del Capitano Will!!

Uscita di 4 ore (Mattina) Esche vive e artificiali • 2 adultiQuesta era la mia terza uscita con Will. Sempre ottima, ma questa volta abbiamo fatto la nostra giornata di pesca migliore. Siamo dei principianti, ma il capitano Will e' stato molto utile nello spiegarci come usare le attrezzature elettroniche e i vari attrezzi da pesca. Ovviamente lui e' il maestro, quindi il successo era quasi garantito. Ci ha portato esattamente sopra a banchi di pesci. Sembrava quasi di barare.

Abbiamo finito per prendere un bel po' di pesci, il che ha reso tutto ancora più bello. Il capitano era fantastico—super competente, simpatico e conosceva chiaramente tutti i posti giusti. Fall Topwater Action: Hybrids & Bass

The lake is finally starting to cool down as fall sets in. The brisk morning have been producing big hybrid striped bass while the spotted bass and largemouth have been active throughout the day. So everone aleays ask about the topwater bite?…..YES it is happening!!
Not to mention that the delicious crappie and white perch are easily targeted after the sun comes up.
So it’s no wonder why fall can be some of the most exciting fishing of the year!

We have been blessesd to fill the livewells with slabs of crappie. This time of year it can be a magical experience with the continuous bites that load the boat quickly.

BIG BASS GALORE OFFSHORE!!!

I am spending time on my electronics looking for steep drop ledges on the main lake in that 25’-40’. I scan with electronics looking for larger schools of bass. The smaller schools seem to just be the 1lb to 2lb fish but the larger schools showing 20+ fish will hold a few larger largemouth bass that are mixed in with the bigger spotted bass. Parallel the ledge with a long cast and keep the bait it in the strike zone by bouncing and slow rolling off the bottom just off the drop. With this depth they bite better and are not as spooked. Once a few are hooked it often fires up the whole school and will bring up others to the surface as active followers.
I can’t stress enough of making a long cast and giving your bait a longer strike zone to get them agitated.
This is a typical summer bite on most deep lakes and should produce bites until the lake temps start to drop this fall.

Winter time can produce big fish!!

Big catfish have been showing up. This time of year it is about size rather than numbers with the cats. However the white perch are munching out of control and they make for a good fish fry by loading the boat with non stop action. While perch fishing we have been getting occasional hybrids and bass. So if you are getting cabin fever then lets go out and set some hooks!!!
