Halibut, Whales & a Bear!!! Hog-tober Fest halibut fishing continues to be productive here in Sooke. Our guests dropped in on a perfect Halibut yesterday afternoon on a short trip. We also spotted Humpback whales, porpoises and a black bear on the beach!

HOG-toberfest! These guys cleaned up! Our guests landed today and walked off the plane feeling like it was summer in mid October. The weather couldnt have been better and Captain Shane put these guys on the Halibut. The action was hot and heavy with a double header and both rods going off at once followed by a stomper of a turkey. Great energy on the boat and great day on the water.

HOG-tober Halibut!! The Halibut bite was on this morning. Our guests are enjoying the calm seas, sunshine and warm westher this weekend in between the halibut battles!
