スポーティング・ウッド・チャーターズは、メリーランド州ディールを拠点に、ユニークな釣り体験を提供しています。アナポリスから南へわずか25分、ワシントンD.C.とボルチモアからも車で約45分という便利な場所に位置する、風光明媚なディールからの出船です。4月から12月にかけて、終日釣りツアーと半日釣りツアーをご利用いただけます。
ジョー・コックス船長は、完璧に整備された清潔で安全な船を操ります。最大30名様までご乗船いただけるこの船には、ライフジャケット、発煙筒、CPR訓練を受けたクルーなど、充実した安全設備が備わっています。全長45フィートのチェサピーク湾仕様のこの船は、1999年に建造され、2016年に改修されました。450馬力のカミンズエンジンを搭載し、最高巡航速度20ノットを誇る、信頼性の高い一艘です。
船内にはトイレも完備されており、ご家族全員でのご乗船も安心です。また、GPSと魚群探知機を駆使してジョー船長が最高のポイントを探し出します。トローリング用のアウトリガー、釣果を新鮮に保つためのアイスボックス、活き餌用のライブウェルも装備しています。
ジョー船長は季節に応じて、トローリング、ボトムフィッシング（底釣り）、チャミング、活き餌釣りなど、幅広い釣り方に対応しています。経験豊富なクルーとともに、釣りライセンス、シマノおよびペン製のハイエンドロッド＆リール、ルアー、餌など、すべてのサービスをご提供します。また、ドックでの魚の下処理サービスもご利用いただけます。
ディール周辺では、インショア（岸釣り）からオフショアまで多彩な魚種が狙えます。シマスズキ、レッドフィッシュ、ブラックドラム、アミキリ、スギ、カニ、ホワイトパーチ、サワラ、ホワイティングなどが釣れます。ロックフィッシュのベストシーズンは11月から12月です。

But, we ended up catching 2-3 fish each! We caught a total of about 20 fish in an hour! The captain knew the 'moneyhole' spot for rockfish. And the weather conditions were great too; it wasn't too hot, it was cloudy, and it was supposed to rain but didn't. Really happy with this experience and would definitely recommend this charter boat!

Joe and Taylor were very good at locating where the fish are and was very persistent catching as many as we can. Don’t hesitate and book. Definitely worth the trip.
