Captain Dean Cox has been building his fishing portfolio for over 30 years, fishing aboard private as well as commercial fishing vessels. These days he captains the Seahorse, which boasts many productive fishing days - and even one wedding. Captain Dean is Destin born-and-bred, and comes from a family of fishermen, giving him more than one lifetime of local knowledge which he puts to good use on each trip.

    Best Trip Ever!!

    We had a great trip on The Seahorse with Captain Dean and Co-Captain Billy!! We had 13 people on the boat with 11 of them fishing. Billy was awesome helping everyone and made sure that everyone had what they needed. He was very patient with all of us and cold not had asked for a better co-captain than Billy!! We caught 75 red snappers and 5 white snappers. Thanks to Captain Dean for putting us where the fish were!! We would definitely book again with them!!

    Good 4 hour trip.

    Tried 4 hour trip in the afternoon and caught fish. First mate Billy and Captain Dean were professional and focused on getting us into fish. Also they worked to see no one got motion sickness as some had experienced before. Would recommend morning trip to avoid the summer heat - the air conditioned cabin was nice to have.

    Great 4 hour fishing trip

    Great 4 hour quick trip with our group. Captain was very friendly and the first was awesome! Very knowledgeable and explained everything to the group to see success. We caught a few Red Snapper and a lot of Vermillion Snapper. Fed the whole group dinner that night!

    Rough Seas and Smooth Boating

    It was rough out there and Captain Dean did an amazing job navigating the waters and keeping us held on the fish. They were great with the kids and first timers.

    Great Family Trip!

    Had a group of 5 with 2 young kids. It was a blast, we caught a lot of fish! I wouldn't hesitate to book with these guys!

    For the 2nd year in a row my family has had blast on the Seahorse. Absolutely amazing crew. Tons of fish were caught and my nephew caught a tagged trigger fish.

    This fishing experience was seriously the highlight of our trip to Destin! My 2 daughters had the best time and with little to no prior fishing knowledge had no problem picking up how to, with the help of our deck hand. We will definitely be going again hopefully sometime soon! Highly recommend, we caught a lot of fish we were able to have cleaned and take home to eat as well as catching some HUGE fish for fun!

    The trip was everything I dreamed of. My son and dad are still talking about the fishing 2 weeks later. The crew was top notch and highly recommend for others. We got 40 vermillion snapper which was r limit. My son reeled in a amberjack, who is 7 by the way. Also was able to get a decent size shark to the top of the water for a nice picture.

    10 hour trip, worked hard to keep us on the fish. Good day on the water, clean boat, great gear, 1st Mate Billy is a true professional and personable. Recommend

    Captain Dean, Billy and Gage are awesome! We had the best time other than a couple in our group who got sick. We caught snapper so quickly when we got to the first fishing spot it was unreal. Sea was rough but it was a great trip! Would definitely recommend Seahorse Charters and will plan on booking with them again. Thanks again guys 😁

デスティンの釣りもそろそろ落ち着く頃かと思いきや、11月はまだまだ熱い！回遊魚シーズンの終盤を存分に楽しみながら、湾内釣りやボトムフィッシング（底釣り）も絶好調が続きます。祝日に向けて冷凍庫をいっぱいにするため、ボートに乗り込んで釣果を狙いましょう！
