The Florida Keys backcountry, inshore fishing is calm, beautiful, serene and offers the BONUS of spectacular wildlife sightings for a heightened inspirational uplifting experience courtesy of Mother Nature . It is a truly glorious occurrence beyond just catching fish which is pretty awesome by itself. A fall charter offers a breathtaking visual in addition to the opportunity presented while fishing for juvenile tarpon, snook, reds, mackerel, jacks, trout and the fun shark catch.

Larry Sydnor guided Islamorada's own Betsy Bullard when she came through at last weekend's Herman Lucerne 7-species fishing tournament taking home three awards that takes place entirely within Everglades National Park boundaries catching and releasing 6 species to take TOP FEMALE GUIDED, GENERAL DIVISION WINNER, and LARGEST SNAPPER @ 19.5"!! Only the snook eluded us - all were under the required 28", twice missing it by under a HALF INCH (FULL MOON?)
