Apex Charters And Rentals heet u van harte welkom in Destin, een eersteklas visbestemming in Florida. Ga met schipper James Scott mee om de wateren nabij de kust en op open zee te verkennen en beleef een vistrip die u nog lang zult bijblijven. Er zijn tal van prachtige soorten te vangen en de schipper is een expert, dus kies gewoon een dag en boek uw volgende zee-avontuur!

Uw trip begint op een 28' Sailfish center console, een boot met voldoende ruimte voor 5 gasten. Hij vaart op twee 150 PK Yamaha-motoren, gebruikt geavanceerde navigatie-elektronica en is uitgerust met downriggers, snorkeluitrusting en een leefput. De boot heeft ook een toilet, draadloze trollingmotor en een multimediasysteem.

Enkele van de vele geliefde soorten waar u op kunt vissen zijn Goudmakreel, Almaco Horsmakreel, Grote Geelstaart, Batjauwvis, Wahoo, Koningsmakreel, Pompano Horsmakreel en Snapper. U gebruikt zowel zwaar als licht materiaal om te vangen, met tal van technieken om uit te kiezen. Probeer uw hand aan bodemvissen en diepzeevissen, trollen, jiggen, driftvissen en handlijnvissen. U mag uw vangst houden en kinderen zijn meer dan welkom aan boord.

Awesome Experience

6 Hour Trip – Offshore op May 8, 2026 • 2 volwassenen

I can’t say enough about Captain James.  There have been some weather issues the last couple of days and he communicated with me a few days in advance and went over options.  We found our window and went after it.  When we got to our spot it was on.  Mahi Mahi biting left and right.  My son and I had a blast and we will be back.  After a few other disappointing charters the last couple of years Captain James made up for it.  He’s honest, he communicates and he catches fish!!

Fish on in the Bay!

3hr Afternoon Mahi Mahi Run. op April 10, 2026 • 4 volwassenen

Captain James was great, even before we arrived at the marina. Unfortunately, mother nature kept us from our original off shore charter and he worked with us to switch to a half day inshore trip. Our group was looking for a tasty dinner table catch and he delivered by putting us on lots of Spanish Mackerel. In a 3 hour span, we headed back to dock with 28 fish. It was a gorgeous day in the bay, despite a few ‘Greg-ing it ups’.  We had the best time and look forward to a future trip with Captain James to catch some Mahi!

10/10 Will Be Back Next Summer

Captain James and his wife were amazing! My boyfriend and I treated my boyfriend’s dad to a fishing trip for his birthday. It was my and my boyfriend’s first time fishing in the ocean. Captain James was incredible. We caught quite a bit of fish. The captain is really great at what he does and is very knowledgeable about fishing. We fished at lots of different spots. It was a great atmosphere and an all around fantastic time. They cleaned the fish we were able to keep, as well! We were already talking about the next trip while still on the boat. Will absolutely book with them again next year!

An Unforgettable Deep Sea Adventure!

6 Hour Trip – Offshore op June 20, 2025 • 3 volwassenen

We just had an absolutely incredible time deep-sea fishing with Captain James! From start to finish, it was a 5-star experience. Even with two people in our group who had never been on a fishing boat before, our guide was phenomenal—patient, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel comfortable and excited.
The fishing itself was fantastic! We reeled in a great variety of fish, including some beautiful mahi-mahi, bonitos, and monster red snapper. The highlight, though, was definitely spending a couple of hours battling a monster shark! It was an absolute thrill and something we'll never forget.
If you're looking for an awesome deep-sea fishing trip, whether you're a seasoned angler or a complete novice, we highly recommend Apex Charters. You won't be disappointed!

I had a really good time with your group. the bottom fishing was very slow but the mahi bite was excellent.  So we made the best of what mother nature would give us. Looking forward to our next adventure.
