Ik ben schipper Steve Morris van Nautibouy Sportfishing in Hamilton, Canada. Ik ben een vrij nieuwe charter, maar heb mijn hele leven al gevist! Ik heb een grote passie voor vissen. Mijn grootste plezier is om te zien hoe iemand zijn eerste of 50ste vis binnenhaalt. Ik zal er alles aan doen om uw trip aangenaam te maken.

Mijn 18' Princecraft Kapture boot kan met een trailer worden vervoerd, zodat ik naar verschillende gebieden kan gaan om de vis te vinden. Ik vis in Lake Ontario en Lake Erie. Dit vaartuig is ontworpen voor groot water. Ik neem slechts 1-2 personen mee, zodat u meer quality time heeft om te vissen!

Mijn charters zijn meestal in het weekend, maar ik ben erg flexibel en zal proberen uw schema te accommoderen. Ik heb alle veiligheidseisen om ervoor te zorgen dat mijn gasten een prettige ervaring hebben. Reddingsvesten zijn verplicht aan boord van de boot. Dat gezegd hebbende, het zijn de comfortabele om te dragen, zodat het niet in de weg zit tijdens het vissen.

U moet voor de trip een lokale visvergunning kopen. Het is altijd een goed idee om comfortabele kleding te dragen en u te kleden op het weer. Neem uw eigen snacks en drankjes mee voor de reis, alleen geen alcohol.

Ik lever alle hengels, molens en materiaal. Ik zal laten zien en uitleggen hoe flasher flies of meat rigs, of ansjovis rigs te gebruiken. Ik zal uw vangst schoonmaken of fileren en op ijs bewaren. Ik heb insectenspray bij me voor de bijtende vliegen.

GREAT experience!!

Captain Steve was a very down-to-earth guy who taught us the ins and outs of how to catch fish on the Great Lakes. He took the time to explain to my teenage son what is involved in running a charter, and he was compassionate to help me with motion sickness. If we are ever in the area again, we would certainly fish with him again!

Steve was an absolute gem. After having two trips cancelled on us because of the weather conditions this week, this morning was the last chance my 11 year old nephew (and very avid fisherman) had to go out fishing. Luck didn’t appear to be on our side, because after more than four hours, nothing was biting. It was so uneventful, my nephew began hoping to catch a boot. But twenty minutes before we had to turn around and head back to shore, something began tugging one of the back lines. It took my nephew 15-20 minutes to reel in what turned out to be a 28.9 pound king salmon! But even if we had not caught anything, Steve was the best: patient, gentle, expert, and just a wonderful guide and captain. When we had to reschedule because of the weather, he was very helpful and a good communicator. This really was the best highlight of our visit to Toronto and hopefully a lasting memory (that also makes me his favorite aunt….). Thank you again!

Captain Steve was highly professional and organized from start to finish. Before the trip, he provided clear, detailed updates about what to expect and where to meet. On the boat, he ensured a comfortable experience with a canopy for shade, mini fans to keep us cool, and all the essential fishing gear. He also shared plenty of helpful tips and tricks on fishing techniques, the best spots to fish, and how to properly fillet the catch! Best of all—we caught six big fish!

Had an amazing time with NautiBoy Fishing Charters! The captain was  professional, fun, and knew exactly where to take us for great fishing. The boat was clean, well-equipped, and the whole trip felt personal and welcoming. Highly recommend and will definitely book again!
