De Upper Chesapeake Bay heeft een vis met jouw naam erop, dus laat Bay Raider Outfitters je helpen om hem te vangen! Je gids voor de dag is schipper Joseph, waardoor je kunt profiteren van jarenlange viservaring.

Hier is het vissen populair op Gestreepte Zeebaars, Meerval, Amerikaanse Zeebaars, Amerikaanse Gele Baars en meer. Je kunt verwachten te spinvissen, bodemvissen of iets meer gespecialiseerds in dit gebied. Je mag alle vis meenemen die je vangt binnen de maat- en vangstlimieten. Het schoonmaken van de vangst is beschikbaar, zodat je je vis mee naar huis kunt nemen om op te eten. Geniet er later die dag van, of bewaar het voor maanden.

Je bent welkom aan boord van een 26' center console met ruimte voor 6 passagiers. Het heeft alle benodigdheden waar geen vismachine zonder kan. Schipper Joseph zorgt voor hengels en molens, evenals kunstaas. Levend aas is inbegrepen, maar je moet de schipper vragen of je het zelf zult vangen. De charterboot dekt je visvergunning, dus het enige wat je hoeft te doen is klaar zijn voor een goede tijd!

De schipper vist in het gebied van Twin Brothers Rock in de Susquehanna River tot Pooles Island. Ben je een familieavontuur aan het plannen? Kinderen zijn welkom! Het is altijd verstandig om snacks, drankjes, zonnebrandcrème (niet-spray), zonnebril en een koelbox voor je vis mee te nemen.

Great Trip!

Half Day Afternoon Trip op August 30, 2025 • 3 volwassenen • 1 kind

This was our first charter with my two sons, and I was really hoping to hook into a big fish. The bite started off slow, and for the first few hours we only managed some small perch and catfish—mostly bait-sized fish. But the captain didn’t give up. He made the call to move us to a completely different spot and even offered to stay out longer so we’d have a better chance. That decision paid off! We ended up landing a couple of solid catfish, including a 10-pound blue cat that made the day. My friend also caught an eel, which was an unexpected surprise and fun for everyone to see.

My boys said it was “so much fun,” and I couldn’t agree more. Between the excitement of the catches, the captain’s persistence, and just being out on the water on such a beautiful day, it was a trip we’ll all remember. Thanks, Captain, for making it such a great experience!

My son(18) , nephew(12) and I had a wonderful morning out with Joe. He was easy to communicate with leading up to the trip and gave detailed instructions of where to meet him. Joe has been fishing this area for a long time and really knows where to go to find the fish. We caught a LOT of perch(small guys, fun to catch) and a few little catfish but the keepers were evading us all morning. About a half hour before the charter was to be over we started catching big catfish(which is what my son wanted, he loves to cook). Joe cleaned the fish while we finished up which was SOOoooo appreciated. 10/10 would recommend.

Captain Joe provided us with a trip we will 
most certainly remember. He was on the fish throughout our trip, 30+ catfish on a 4 hour trip, awesome is the best word to describe it. When we left my wife asked the boys scale of 1 to 10 how was the trip, 10’s from them and my wife and I. We will definitely be planning future trips with Captain Joe.

The captain was very helpful and knowledgeable the grandson and my husband are I was well taken care of , he was very caring and help with our challenges being  senior, safety first and he had a great personality. If u want a wonderful time u need to book your fishing trip tru him. Will

Captain Joe told us they would be a catfish bite and he was right. Everyone on the boat caught fish, a lot of fish. Of the 40 or 50 fish that we landed one was a 30 pounder and another was a 20 pounder. Captain Joe is a great guy. He was excellent with our eight-year-old young fisherman. He spent a lot of time helping him and teaching him. I’m looking forward to the next time. We are on board with captain Joseph Chamberlain.
