Op zoek naar een goede visvangst in Port Canaveral? Zoek niet verder dan J Fishing Charters! Schipper Jose zal uw gids zijn, waardoor u kunt profiteren van jarenlange kennis en ervaring.

Soorten zoals Zwartvintonijn, Grijze Trekkervis, Mutton Snapper, Binnensnoek, Stierhaai, Grijze Zeebaars (Grijze Snapper), Goudmakreel, Gag Tandbaars, Batjauwvis, Tarpon, Geelvintonijn, Wahoo en meer zijn mogelijk, afhankelijk van wanneer u gaat. Tijdens deze trips kunt u verwachten te trollen en te bodemvissen met licht of zwaar materiaal.

Gezinnen die er een dagje uit van maken, zullen blij zijn te horen dat kinderen welkom zijn aan boord! Vraag zeker of er zwemvesten op kindermaat beschikbaar zijn, anders moet u uw eigen zwemvest meenemen. Snacks zijn nooit een slecht idee, zodat niemand chagrijnig wordt met een lege maag!

Uw vaartuig voor de dag is een 28' Bimini center console die tot 6 passagiers kan vervoeren. Het is uitgerust met downriggers en alle essentiële zaken waar een vismachine niet zonder kan. Hengels, molens en materiaal worden verstrekt, evenals kunstaas. Levend aas is beschikbaar, maar het is goed om hierover te vragen zodat u weet of u het zelf moet vangen.

U hoeft geen visvergunning te kopen, kom gewoon klaar voor het vissen! Sommige vissen hebben speciale regelgeving, inclusief wanneer u ze mag houden. Uw schipper zal u helpen de regelgeving te volgen tijdens het vissen. U kunt niets fout doen als u zonnebrandcrème (niet-spray) en een zonnebril meeneemt. Drankjes zijn voor u beschikbaar. Alcohol is niet toegestaan.

5 Hour Nearshore Trip

4Hour Trip — Nearshore - 12:00 PM op March 27, 2026 • 2 volwassenen

Can’t think of a better spring break activity than going out and catching loads of fish. Captain Jose made that happen better than I imagined. From start to finish, we were nailing jacks, bluefish, redfish, black drum, ladyfish, and loads of fat snook(we literally lost count). I left my excursion physically exhausted from how much I fought these fish. Definately a lucky day to be out, but it also seemed like we caught more than the boats around us. 
Super clean and well kept boat with ample space for a small group. Jose seemed to know how to find us fish and that’s what I’m here for. He even cleaned some of the fish for us to finish off the day which was a great touch. Couldn’t be happier with my day on the water.

What an incredible day we had — nonstop action with jacks, bluefish, redfish, black drum, ladyfish, and so many big SNOOK up to 40” we truly lost count! Those fish definitely gave both of you a workout, and I’m glad you got to experience just how exciting our nearshore fishing can be.

Awesome trip with captain Jose. Highly recommend.  He put us on fish, a couple times all 4 of us were hooked up. very attentive to rebaiting or taking care of our lines   when we broke off. Had plenty of live bait. He tried real hard to keep us on fish, we would move when the bite died off. Jose was more than willing to answer all our questions and take care of all our needs while out. We were fortunate in that while out fishing, we got to watch a rocket launch, that was awesome. Would highly recommend J fishing charters, we definitely will use them again when we come back.

Great time, Grea Captin!

We had a wonderful time with J Fishing, he put us on fish the whole time we were out there and was very helpful and patient. He even cleaned the fish for us to use for dinner tonight! Very nice equipment and boat as well. I would recommend J Fishing Charters to anyone and everyone and I will definitely book with him the next time I am in the area. I wish we would have booked more time because we had so much fun and it was such a pleasent and relaxing experience. Thank you so so much Jose, I can’t wait until next time!!

Great half day trip!

3 Hour Trip — Inshore - 8:00 AM op May 1, 2026 • 4 volwassenen

We decided to try a short 3 hour on shore trip and see if we’d like to go out off shore fishing! We had a BLAST!! Jose’ was the absolute best captain! Knowledgeable, upbeat and kind! He truly is everything we hoped for! We’re definitely coming back to do an off shore trip! Can’t wait!

Great last minute trip!

Half day INSHORE FISHING (copy) - 2:00 PM op November 26, 2025 • 3 volwassenen

It was a last minute request.  Captain was quick to respond and accepted the trip.  I took 3 teenage boys with me and we had a great time!  Captain did a great job by having some of us targeting Triple Tail and some fishing on the bottom.  If the boys wanted some quick action they couks fish on the bottom, we were catching multiple species quickly.  If the wanted to wait and try to catch a bigger targeted species they could.  Captain was very patient and very busy keeping all the rods with bait in the water.  We caught a Triple Tail, Snook, Jacks, Croakers (which we used as bait for snook), Whiting, Spainish Makerel and Lady Fish.  One teenager had never caught a fish before.  Highly recommend!

I’m happy we were able to mix things up—having some of you targeting Triple Tail while the others fished the bottom kept the action steady and exciting. The boys did great, and I loved seeing everyone stay busy reeling in different species. And for those who wanted to wait for a bigger, targeted fish, they showed a lot of patience and it paid off!

You all caught an awesome variety: Triple Tail, Snook, Jacks, Croakers (perfect bait for the snook!), Whiting, Spanish Mackerel, and Ladyfish. And a huge shout-out to the teenager who caught his very first fish ever—that’s the kind of moment that makes a trip truly special.
