(Full Day of Scalloping & Fishing)

    Great experience !

Captain Leon got us on the scallops and made sure we limited out on Redfish. Our son said it was his favorite fishing charter yet. We’ll definitely be back next year !

Awesome trip with a great crew

We had a great day on the water. Caught a lot of scallops. Randy was very knowledgeable about the area and knew the tides. We will definitely book with him for our next tip.

(Half Day Trip – Saltwater (6 hrs))

    Amazing

Top notch gear, and knows all the HOT spots! Amazing experience, catching fish all day. Multiple species and landing them over and over makes it even better. A Captains knowledge of the local area is priceless for a good experience. 10/10 definitely recommended for inshore nearshore action if visiting central Florida

Scallop fishing is a fun, hands-on way to gather a delicious catch. You will snorkel over clear shallows and spot bright shells on the bottom. It is relaxed and social, and perfect for families and first-time anglers. The reward is fresh Scallop meat and memories made in the water.

You do not need rods or reels. Most trips use snorkeling in shallow, protected water. Wear a mask, snorkel, and fins, and carry a mesh bag for your catch. A small handheld net helps you scoop Scallops without stirring the sand. Many crews display a dive flag so boaters know swimmers are in the water.

Expect easy swimming in calm bays or grass flats. The pace is slow and the depth is usually comfortable. Strong basic swimming skills are important. Bring sun protection, drinking water, and a cooler with ice for your harvest. Lightweight gloves make handling shells easier. Your captain will explain safety steps, such as staying near the boat and watching for jellyfish or sea urchins. Scallop fishing suits kids who can swim and adults who prefer a gentle adventure.

Rules for Scallop fishing change by location. Always check local fishing license and permit needs before you go. Confirm the open season, daily harvest limits, and any area closures. Learn how and where you may clean your catch. Follow your captain’s guidance and respect protected habitats to keep the fishery healthy.
