    (6 Hour Fishing Trip - 5:30 AM)

We have been fishing for many years at many locations and this trip was by far our top 10 ⭐️

Between myself and my co- fisherman, we caught over 70 striper bass today. Awesome day and experience.

    (Half Day Trip (AM))

    we had a great time.

conditions weren’t exactly what we wanted. Water temperature was higher than what we would’ve liked. But that’s not the captain’s fault it’s just that time of year. We did catch fish and gonna have a good fish fry. Captain Steve Lyons was a great host. He took care of everything as hooking our bait unhooking the fish, and cleaning the fish. I would definitely go with him again. He’s a good captain.

    Great captain non coopertive fish.

We fished hard but the fish didn’t want to be caught. The captain was a great guy and you sense his frustration. Had a few hits on topwater but they just would no hook up. I would definitly fish with Rick again.

Over Meer vissen

Lake fishing is a relaxed, hands-on way to catch freshwater fish close to shore. Calm water, easy access, and steady action make it great for beginners and seasoned anglers alike. You can fish from a boat, kayak, or the bank. It’s simple to start and rewarding to master.

Most lakes hold popular game fish. Common targets include Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass, Walleye, Crappie, Bluegill, and Catfish. Many lakes also offer Trout like Brown, Rainbow, and Lake Trout. In colder waters, you might find Pike, Muskie, and Perch. Some larger lakes even hold Salmon such as Chinook, Coho, and Kokanee.

Simple methods work best. Still fishing with live bait is easy and effective. Casting spinners, spoons, and crankbaits helps you cover water for active Bass and Walleye. Trolling lets you keep lures at a steady depth, which is useful in summer. Fly fishing can shine for Trout near inlets and shorelines when insects hatch.

Trips are flexible and family friendly. Short outings at dawn or dusk often produce the best bite. Expect calm rides, frequent bites from Panfish, and exciting runs from larger fish. Most guides provide rods, tackle, and basic instruction. Bring sun protection, weather-appropriate layers, snacks, and a camera. Polarized glasses help you see structure and spot fish.

Before you go, check local regulations. You may need a fishing license or permit. Seasons, size limits, bag limits, and gear rules change by lake and region. Some waters have catch-and-release areas or special tackle rules. Review the current guidelines for your destination, and follow them during your Lake fishing trip.
