Adventure and exploration fueled my mind, and once young body, to find new and secret places that few people have seen or experienced. For the past 30 years, I've been involved in scouting and exploring Southern African shorelines, rivers, savannas, jungles, and deep water spots known only to the local and often elusive and shy fishermen. Few of these spots remain intact, yet they are out there, awaiting the adventurer and explorer with courage and dare to sample their fruits. With 19 years as a fisherman and big game guide, I have had the God-given privilege to sample many astoundingly beautiful shores and Southern African countries. Every game fish, whether salt or fresh water, is an honor to connect with and land. Most, if not all, are returned alive to the water that birthed them to fight another day. It's my client friends that share in these amazing adventures and destinations that really make each adventure a unique experience.
