Operating a 25' Latitude Tournament Boats Center console, Capt. Shaun ensures a comfortable fishing experience in the waters of Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, and beyond. when on my own I am a fly rod angler however my clients encompass a wide range if techniques such a spinning, popping, trolling, jigging, fy fishing, and other techniques. Depending in the season or trip preference you'll catch Striped Bass, Bluefish, Black Sea Bass, and other inshore bottom fish or offshore for Bluefin Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Sharks, Cod & Haddock. I grew up as a fly and light tackle trout and warm water angler from the Hudson Valley Catskills area of upstate New York before trading my 5wt for a 9wt and transitioning to salt in 2000. Started with a brief five year stint exploring the rips, rock piles, and sand bars in and around Boston Harbor, Rhode Island, North and South Shores, and Cape Cod while based out of Winthrop MA. I served as mate and co-captain with Riptide Charters from 2003 to 2019 fishing the Cape and Islands inshore, offshore and everything in between from Scup and Squid to Tuna, Mahi, and Marlin. I have contributed content, authored, or assisted with numerous fishing and boating TV, print, and digital media publications as well as engagements at some of the regions more popular seminar series, clubs, and retail venues. A marine electronics industry veteran and USCG Master, I have guided multiple Massachusetts state catch and release pin fish.

I would definitely recommend this charter! Capt. Shaun was great from the start! He made it easy by picking us up at a rampcloser towhere we were staying. He adjusted the trip time tofit our schedule and more importantly he put us in fish right off the bat! we found soe brds with Boito boiling under them and hooked up right away. We evenually had 4 Bnito on and landed 2. then when that bite slowed down we went loking for stripers. They weret cooperating ao we kept movingtryingntofind the fish. Capt. Saun kept us out exra time past the agreed upon charter and fileted our catch before bringing us back to shore. He was very knowledgable and super easy to talk too. 5 Stars!

Had a perfect trip with captain Shaun and Eidolon Sport Fishing. When I booked the trip I told him we would like some black sea bass for the table and whatever else could give us some action. We headed straight for striped bass and had no trouble checking that box, catching several fish in and above slot size. Rounded out the trip with some bottom bouncing to put some black sea bass in the cooler. Captain Shaun was very knowledgeable, fun to be in tbe boat with, and enthusiastic about what he does. Highly recommended.

Our trip was an amzing experience! I have been on a few different chaters and this experience was perfect. From pick up to drop off, lots of laughter, smiles and great memories. We had 2 young kids that were first timers. Capitan Shaun was amazing with them, very attentive and very knowledgeable. With the season change Captain Shaun made sure each of us brought home some keepers. We highly recommend Eidolon Sport Fishing and will be back in the future.

we went on the day shark fishing trip we caught three sharks tons of bonita and false albicore and mauhi mauhi best trip I’ve ever had we went off shore and he out us on the fish caught tons of stuff and was an awesome person to spend the day with

My family and I had a great time with Captain Shaun and he was super knowledgeable on where to get a good fishing spot. We almost caught our limit of really nice black sea bass, and I highly recommend Captain Shaun for anyone looking to have a good fishing trip!
