    We had an absolutely exceptional experience with Sweet Paradise Charters and Captain Nile Bryant! From the moment we started our trip, Nile provided outstanding customer service and made sure everyone had a fantastic time. The scalloping and fishing were excellent, and Captain Nile’s knowledge, professionalism, and personality made the entire experience even better. He was patient, helpful, and made sure our family had everything we needed for a fun and memorable day on the water. If you’re looking for a family-friendly fishing and scalloping charter, I highly recommend Sweet Paradise Charters and Captain Nile Bryant. You truly won’t find a better experience!     An unforgettable family trip! Highly recommend Captain Nile!

    We booked a half-day scalloping trip out of Steinhatchee with Captain Nile Bryant, and it was hands-down the highlight of our summer. My wife, 8-year-old son, and I had an incredible time, but what really set this experience apart was Captain Nile’s amazing hospitality. My son is a strong swimmer but struggled a bit with the scalloping technique at first. Captain Nile didn't skip a beat—he stayed right alongside the boat and coached him one-on-one with so much patience, care, and genuine encouragement until he completely got the hang of it. As a parent, I can’t thank him enough for that extra attention. To top it all off, we limited out in just 3 hours! We left with a full bucket of scallops and a full heart. If you want a guide who is not only great at finding the catch but also incredible with families, book Captain Nile. We will definitely be back!

    Perfect Trip!

    As my family has said, this was the the best part of our Florida vacation this year. We made a short 2 day visit to Steinhatchee to go on a 7 hour fish/scalloping trip with Captain Nile, who I highly recommend to anyone looking for the same experience out if Steinhatchee. He was extremely patient with the kids. Our daughter 10 yrs old out fished us all catching 19 fish. Scalloping was perfect and for first timers the kids did a fantastic job and we were able to limit out. I have used many guides out if Steinhatchee in years past and I can honestly say Nile is the best.

    Making Memories

    Halve Dagtrip – Scalloping 6 PPL Middag • 3 volwassenen

    Our family went for our first scalloping experience and Captain Nile made sure it was a good one. From a comfortable boat with all the equipment we needed to his fun, laid back character. He took us to some amazing spots and not only did we reach our limit in no time but we also got to see some other amazing creatures; horseshoe crabs, urchin, starfish, and some beautiful sponges and coral. It was an experience our family will never forget and will look forward to doing again with Captain Nile.

    If I could give Captain Nile 6 stars I would. Had an amazing day out. Great conversation. Great boat. Caught our limit of trout by 10:30am and then went to hunt other species. I would 110% recommend booking with this guy if youre coming down to Steinhatchee. Super professional and extremely knowledgeable. Thanks Captain

Skiff Trip: Nonstop Catching Clinic

Got to take Paul, Lehman, Conner, and Mark out on the skiff and it was another catching clinic. These guys from Central Georgia wanted to catch some fish and they did just that! Have some openings out on the skiff and the good dates are almost booked up. Call me and let’s get you out on the water.

Good little quick run this morning out on the skiff and with this cooler weather Water temp was 74. We caught a mess and put plenty back for tomorrow. I have some openings and fishing is good! Call me and let’s out you out on the skiff.

Monster Reds and Steinhatchee Trout

Day 2 with the Georgia gang was unbelievable. We started the early morning with some monster reds with 2 being 26 3/4 and 27. Mr Pete and Mr Donny caught 4 more good ones. Wade snagged a 22 inch trout trying to catch a red too. The trout bite was a little slow again to start and with no wind made it tougher. Once that all changed we got on’em again. Good bunch of men that has caught enough fish the last two days for a big family fish fry back home. Thank you for your business and looking forward to seeing you guys again in January!! The bite is on in Steinhatchee and I’ve got some openings. Let’s go catch some!

Skiff Trip: Georgia Crew Put On A Clinic

Had the pleasure of having these guys return again for the 3rd trip with me out on the Skiff. Mr Pete, Mr Donny, Jody and Wade from the Great State of Georgia put on a fish catching clinic. The day started out a little slow but we finally got on’em. Good news is, we get to do it all over again tomorrow!!! Booking up for the fall. Call me and let’s get it on the calendar before all the good dates are taken.

Huge 18" Sand Trout and a Great Catch

Had a blast with an early morning quick trip with Mrs Susan and Mr AL. Caught a bunch of throwbacks for another day and they took home a good mess. Mrs Susan caught the biggest sand trout I’ve ever seen and was a little over 18 inches. This was Mrs Susan’s 2nd trip with me and looking forward to having these guys back again soon! Thank you for your business!!
