Welcome to Flyer Sportfishing! Our team of professionals runs trips, Captain Peyton Chidester and Captain Jared Dow. Jared grew up in Santa Barbara, California, where he spent most of his life fishing, diving, and surfing. He's been fishing in Hawaii since 1996 and became a licensed captain in '98. He's competed in tournaments all over the world, including in Mexico, Panama, Costa Rica, and the Caribbean. Some of the tournaments he's participated in include Bisbee's Black & Blue, the Blue Marlin World Cup, Kona Billfish Series, Signature Series Costa Rica, and many more.     Captain Alex and First Mate Dustin absolutely killed it on our charter fishing tour! We caught an insane 11 Mahi Mahi and 3 Skip Jack Tuna - what a haul! The crew was top-notch, knowledgeable, and made sure we were having a blast. They handled everything so we could focus on the thrill of the catch. Highly recommend this tour for any angler looking for an unforgettable experience!"

    I booked a trip for me, my daughter, and her father-in-law in early October with Flyer Sportfishing out of Haleiwa on O’ahu, HI. Captain Alex and Miguel were very friendly and informative. We originally booked a half-day trip but ended up going for a full day and it was great! We finished with 4 Skipjack tuna and 7 mahi-mahi in the boat. Highly recommend. Very good experience!

    It’s just the way it goes, sometimes ya get fish and sometimes ya don’t! But we gotta biggin!! 13 year old pulled in a big tuna. Long day trolling but worth it for that fish and the smile on my sons face! Thanks yall!!

    Great father son trip

    My buddy and I took out our sons and we each landed quaikity fish. The Captain and Deck hand were great. Although i would have liked to have kept more fish than just 10lbs of cut fish. I was under the impression that we would leave with 20lbs of cut fish if there was that much brought in. We certainly landed more than 40lbs of processed fish.

    Glad you had a great trip with a nice catch! Next time, just ask for more at the whole sale rate. we would have been happy to cut as much as you like.
