The bite is ALSO good for Bonita, Bass and Barracuda and there are Mahi-Mahi ( Dorado ) out front as well. You might even get a Marlin! - Captain Steve

RockenReel Sportfishing reporting a great afternoon bite with non- stop action. Yellowtail right here in Dana Point because of the epic 2026 El Nino. Water temp dropped to 69 degrees today - super clear water- but the fish did not care and are biting on every cast! We are slaying big 20lb yellowtail 15 minutes from the Dana Point Harbor entrance. - Captain Steve
