Another great day on the water fishing out of Marker 37 Marina! The trout bite stayed consistent early, and we picked up some nice black drum to round out the box. We focused on structure and moving water, and the fish cooperated. Great company, good action, and plenty of fish for dinner. Ran a morning trip and an afternoon trip today, and both groups stayed on the fish. The trout bite was consistent throughout the day, with black drum mixed in during the morning trip. Croaker was the bait of choice, and the fish were holding in deeper water early before becoming more active as conditions improved. Both crews went home with fish and plenty of memories. What an incredible day on the water with Jacek and his 8-year-old son! The young man stayed hooked up all day and showed everyone on the boat how it's done.
