We did not no what to expect, had never hired a fishing guide before as this was our first saltwater fishing experience. There were 6 of us including 4 children from 7 to 17 years of age. A handful for one guy when all of us had never used deep sea gear. Nonetheless we were put on fish quickly and had a very successful outing. Brett had to work like a mule to keep all of our lines working, but he did so expertly. We were successful and caught a good batch of vermillion snapper. He's a good hire if you have kids. He has children of his own. He will make the trip safe and fun for them. What most of these reviews won't tell you about a person is how hard they really work. Alot of us believe fishing for a living would be a dream job and perhaps it is. But this guy works more than most could imagine to provide for his family. Long hot hours on the ocean, alot behind the scenes before and after your outing, trying to give families like mine a good experience they wouldnt have the means to do on their own. When we make it back to pensacola, without question we will fish with Brett again.
