Capt. Gustavo has built up a wealth of knowledge when it comes to sportfishing and coastal fishing, thanks to his many experiences on the water – and in it, too! He's a certified diver as well as a fishing fanatic, so it's fair to say he really knows these waters inside and out. Whether you're a newbie or a seasoned angler, Capt. Gustavo will customize your epic offshore adventure to fit your needs perfectly.
You'll be traveling on board Capt. Gustavo's 28' Wellcraft speedboat, fully decked out with a full restroom, top-quality navigational gear (VHF, professional sonar, satellite tracker, GPS with nautical chart, radar reflector…the list goes on!), life jackets for adults and children aged 12+, and an ice box to store your catch. She can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, which means there's plenty of room on board for ample angling action!
Capt. Gustavo specializes in taking his guests 40 km out to the continental shelf – this area is home to a huge host of world-famous big game species, and is one of the hottest fisheries around. Here, you'll have the chance to hook hard-fighting Mahi Mahi, Sailfish, and Yellowfin Tuna, as well as Snapper, King Mackerel, Barracuda, and more. Depending on your skill level, you'll be trolling or trying out your captain's 'jump-jigging' (vertical fishing) technique for your catch.
