Captain Andy was great. We booked a 2 hour trip with our family and he made it fun and easy the whole time. He was great with them, kept everyone engaged, and knew exactly what he was doing. Right at the end, he put us on a massive black drum and did pulled out every trick for us us to it. By then we were calling him the “Fish Doctor.” If you’re thinking about booking, go with “The Fish Doctor” Captain Andy. He delivers.

andy was great. put us on fish. it was my 9 year daughter first time saltwater fishing and captain Andy was awesome with her made it such a good experience she wants to do it again. we only did 2 hours because i didnt know how my daughter would do. after the fact i wish i would of done four. my daughter alone caught 9 fish not counting what my dad and i caught. all and all great trip. would definitely used this booking again. thanks you captain Andy

Capt Andy was able to accommodate us after a last minute cancellation by another angler (boat trouble happen sometimes). We were so grateful to get booked with Andy, as my young kids were looking forward to this trip for over a year! Capt Andy replied that he loved working with kids, and his actions greatly reflected that! He was very kind and patient with my two kids (ages 12 and 10). He put us on fish, and made it almost foolproof to catch them! He took great pictures and sent them to us, so my husband and I could focus on fishing ourselves and enjoy the moment. If the fish stopped biting, he would quickly take us to the next spot! He was very knowledgeable and educated us about how the last hurricane impacted the community. You can tell he truly cares about his community and has a passion for what he does. We all caught fish, stayed hydrated (he provided water and snacks-and we went through several bottles of water because it was hot that day- and he wouldn’t just politely ask if we wanted water, but would just hand them out and tell us to drink up- he really took care of us), we had a lovely visit from a dolphin, which was magical in itself for the kids, and he filet our fish for us. He was so kind and patient, I couldn’t have asked for a better captain, especially for the kids! I would definitely fish with him again!

My son and I decided to cancel our Universal tickets and go on this charter fishing trip and wow what a great decision! Captain Andy and crew were amazing, they taught my son quickly how to cast and fish and took us to several great fishing spots. We caught a dozen or so fish. He shared some area history and introduced us to the local dolphin, manatee’s, and we even got to see a sting ray. Overall excellent trip with the amount of money you spend at Universal I will gladly trade that for fishing with Andy instead. Thank you guys both so much for the one of kind experience. Liz and Maks
