The Tampa Bay area is littered with great fishing hotspots and Sundaze Inshore Charters are here to take you to them. From mangrove covered reserves to little archipelagos, Captain Eddy Cooper is here to take you to them all. All of his charters can be planned to meet your wants and needs, and ensuring that you have a memorable experience.
You can launch from most major boat ramps in the Tampa Bay area or even be picked up from your private dock in Eddy's 22' Tidewater center console. It's powered by a 250 HP Yamaha engine meaning you can skip around the bay in no time at all. It features a live bait well to keep it fresh as well as fishfinder equipment to make sure you get some catches.
Your potential catches include Cobia, Grouper, Jack Crevalle, Redfish, Mangrove Snapper, Snook, Speckled Trout and much more. Eddy even runs trips specifically targeting Sheepshead as he finds them so fun to catch and loves tucking into them after a day of fishing them. You'll use both light and heavy Florida Fishing Products tackle to reel them in by using bottom fishing and spinning techniques.
He'll fetch live bait for you beforehand as well as providing you with some fresh water. Your fishing license is also provided in addition to catch cleaning so you can get your fish straight into the pan afterward.
All you have to do is take sunscreen, food, and sweeter drinks, if you prefer them, with you. After that, you only need to do is to get yourself excited for a day of action and fun in the scenic Tampa Bay.

Captain Eddie is the most mild mannered Captain I’ve ever fished with. His patience with the younger guys I had out on this trip was amazing. Anytime anyone made a cast into the trees he calmly tried to get it out with a smile. We caught fish from the first cast pretty much until we ran out of bait. We saw countless dolphin on the trip. Had Hookers cook our redfish blackened and grilled. This was a trip to remember. I will be fishing with him again for sure!
eddy was fantastic especially with my 7 year old son. heat index was 109 but we still caught some fish. plenty of live bait.
took care of everyone’s needs. we had 2 teenagers that needed extra help ——he was so great and understanding with them we highly recommend this captain. thank you so very much
We caught a bunch of snook, some catfish, a couple trout, and a mangrove! We all had a great day fishing with Capt Eddy and will be booking again!
Fishing with Capt. Eddy was kool, we started a lil slow but he made it a great day of fishing. Wound up finishing up wit a mess of fish and whole Lotta fun.. would definitely do it it again the next time I'm in da area...
