Scorpion & Pisces is a fishing charter based in Playa Hermosa, that offers trip year round. Join the crew that consists of experienced locals, who have been fishing since they were kids. Most of them come from a family of fishermen and have this skill in their blood. Learn fishing tricks that have been passed down for generations, and have lots of fun on the way!
The trip starts once you onboard a 30' offshore boat. There's enough room for 5 guests to join, so bring your friends and family. The boat is comfortable even during long trips, as she features a toilet and cozy seating spots. For great fishing action, there's also some equipment support, such as a fighting chair, trolling gear, spearfishing equipment, and a live bait tank.
Costa Rica has amazing fish very close to the shore, so you won't have to travel for 2 hours to reach big game species. Target Roosterfish, Marlin, Mahi Mahi, Tuna, Barracuda, and many other water predators. Some species need to be released but the crew will gladly clean the ones you can keep.
Almost everything is covered by the crew, so you don't need to worry about bringing everything with you. The trip price includes your fishing licenses, rods, reels, tackle, soft drinks, and snacks. Feel free to bring your own food and beverages and don't forget sun protection.

O dia começou um pouco lento mas terminou em alta, quando encontrámos uma cardume de Atum-albacora à superfície. O Armando e o seu primo sabem exatamente onde estão os peixes e colocam-nos em cima deles! No total, apanhámos o peixe-galo-do-Pacífico (na foto), uma pequena garoupa, uma Albacora e dois Atum-albacora. Ótimo dia no mar e voltaremos quando regressarmos.
