A tua viagem começa numa embarcação de pesca Ranger Z521 de 21 pés, com capacidade para 3 pescadores. Com um potente motor Yamaha SHO de 250 CV, capaz de atingir uma velocidade máxima de 65 nós, a embarcação leva-te rapidamente aos melhores pontos de pesca. Para uma navegação segura e eficiente, a embarcação está equipada com modernos sistemas Lowrance HDS de sonar e GPS, bem como rádio VHF. Para uma aproximação mais silenciosa ao peixe, a embarcação dispõe ainda de um motor elétrico de corrico sem fios.
Tu e o teu guia usarão Equipamento Leve para pescar Achigã-de-boca-pequena através de Pesca de fundo, Spinning e Jigging. As crianças são bem-vindas a bordo, não é permitido álcool, e alguns peixes terão de ser devolvidos ao mar de acordo com os regulamentos locais.

Weather conditions were not optimal, but we caught a reasonable number of spirited smallmouth bass. Most importantly, Butch explained why we fished with specific techniques at specific locations so that we might have an opportunity to try again on our own. Butch is quite personable and we enjoyed talking with him about a variety of topics in addition to fishing.

I do a lot of charters and the captain taught me an my nephew a lot about fishing in Traverse Bay! Great trip for younger anglers as well! Lots of action and spotting the fish in the clear waters will keep them occupied and attentive. I highly recommend this trip!!! I will be doing it again!

Great fully equipped bass boat with all the bells and whistles. Also had a good time chatting with Butch and the sightseeing from the lake was almost worth the price of the trip by itself

It was a slow day, as sometimes happens, but Butch stayed positive and trialed different presentations and locations to get us hooked up. We caught several really nice fish and had a fun day on the water.

Viagem de 4 horas em junho 15, 2022 • 2 adultosBoat was clean and well equiped. Our tackle was in top condition, especially the line and leaders. We learned how to spot the smallmouth beds. Even though fishing was slow at first, we ended up with 6 nice ones (all released.) Biggest was 20 inches and just under 5 lbs (female with eggs.) Captain Butch was very patient with my wife and taught her to retrieve the lure with finesse. Mid June is prime time for big Lake Michigan smallies.

He had Emily and I one nice smallmouth right away. Emily caught her first smallmouth on this charter. Each of us had a great day on the water and would highly recommend Captain Butch. He was enjoyable to talk to about fishing and the Traverse city area in general. Would highly recommend!
