You’ll be fishing on a 26’ Twin Vee 260STX Center Console. Guaranteed to get you to the fishing grounds dry and comfortable. New for 2025 is a GPS Spot Lock Minn Kota trolling motor, guaranteed to hold you directly over some of the best fishing spots around. This center console has the latest electronics of 2025. There’s enough room for 6 anglers to join, so bring your friends and family along. The boat also features a bluetooth multimedia system and a portable toilet.
If you’re looking for something during the day, go offshore fishing. A short offshore trip will take you approximately 30 miles off the coast, while a full day trip goes up to 50 miles. Depending on how far you go, you can target Snapper, Kingfish, Wahoo, Tuna, Sailfish, and more.
If you desire more inland fishing, take a trip on either the 26’ Twin Vee or a 20’ Bay Boat to get to the shallower waters. You will target fish such as red drum, flounder, sea trout, sheepshead, black drum, and more.
Your fishing license and all equipment you’ll need for the day are covered by the crew. You only need to pack some food, drinks, and sun protection.

What an incredible trip! What truly made the experience was Captain Matt. Captain Matt is extremely knowledgeable about the local waters and knows exactly where to find the fish. I booked an offshore trip for my son and me, and he worked hard all day to put us on them. We started at one spot and got a few nibbles, but he wasn’t satisfied. He pulled anchor, moved to another location, and kept working until we found the fish and then we were catching them nonstop! We had an absolute blast. If you’re looking for a captain who knows the water, works hard, and is committed to giving you a great day on the ocean, I highly recommend Captain Matt. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks again, Captain Matt,see you soon!
great experience overall! I really appreciate the captain going above and beyond, especially with the lack of bites. I was having a great time and honestly wasn’t too pressed about catching fish—I was there more for the experience and spending time with family. The captain took us to multiple spots trying to make something happen, and even stayed out a bit longer to give us another shot, which I really appreciated. The boat was super nice, the ride itself was fun, and we even got to see dolphins during sunset, which was beautiful. I’d definitely do this again—just next time I’ll plan better and come during the summer!
Captain Simon was great with his communication after booking and leading up to our actual fishing day. He greeted us at the boat and off we went. He explained everything in detail and put us right on the fish. We ended up catching way more than we ever imagined. He even repositioned us to another spot where we caught hammer head sharks also. Great music, great vibes and best damn fishing trip ever!

My son Gabe and I had a great time with Matt offshore fishing. He was very communicative and helpful during the days leading up to the trip. He was on time and ready with a nice and clean boat and all the accessories you can think of. He was patient and a great teacher. We caught a 50+ pound kin mackarel that we will remember for a long time, along with cobias, sea bass and red snappers. Add an incidental shark or two! Highly recommended!
One of the best fishing trips I’ve ever been on. His experience and knowledge will put you on fish. We caught a lot of fish. As far as Captain Matt goes, he is the best captain I’ve ever fished with. Capt Matt’s trips would be great for any level of experience and any age. One thing I can honestly say when booking a trip with him is to have an amazing time and be prepared to come back, tired from catching all the fish.
