Your journey starts on a 21' Parker center console that can carry up to 4 anglers. It's powered by a 150 HP Yamaha engine and uses all the modern GPS, fishfinder, and radio technology that will help you reach the fish safely and quickly. If needed, there's a portable toilet you can use, and there's also a livewell to supply you with live bait.
The area's rich waters offer you a great choice of fish you can chase. There are various types of Shark, Haddock, Striped Bass, Cod, Bluefish, Lobster, as well as Pollock. To attract them, you'll be bottom and deep sea fishing, trolling, and spinning, all using light tackle. You can keep the fish you catch and you're welcome to bring kids on your trip.
Captain Jim will take care of all the fishing tackle, lures, and live bait, as well as fishing licenses and drinks. Also, he can clean and fillet your catch for free. You should only bring some snacks for your trip.

My boyfriend and I went on a full day fishing trip with Captain Jim and it was an absolute blast! He was great about keeping us updated before the trip and guided us through what to expect the day of. We had great luck catching many haddock, red fish, cusk, pollock, and a wolf fish! Captain Jim was personable and so easy to get along with making us feel incredibly comfortable. He took care of absolutely everything for us including cleaning our fish and taught us cool things about each fish we caught. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to book a trip. Definitely coming back for shark in the summer!
Second time booking with Jim, and if you are kid, adult, doesnt matter, just go book with him for a great day.
Captain Jim was fun and very knowledgeable. He took us to a couple of different spots until we got on the fish. We then caught quite a few and had alot of fun doing so! When we got back to the dock he cut up our fish for us. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!
I took my 12 year old son and 15 year old daughter out with Polaris Charters and we had a great time. Started by catching some baitfish, then checked lobster traps and then caught stripers. Perfect way to spend an afternoon. At one point my son was getting a little seasick and Captain Jim took us to calmer waters and we still caught stripers. Highly recommend.
Captain Jim was amazing and a true professional at fishing. We reeled in a comparably large striper bass, which was a amazing experience. I would strongly recommend Captain Jim.
