Great weather, great captain/crew and great fishing! We caught a couple keepers and threw some big ones back. This was our second time out with Captain Doug. St pete’s sports fishing is the GOAT, they know how to get fish on the hook and are extremely professional. We will definitely be back to catch some more and hopefully for years to come. Oh and absolutely never bring a banana on captain Doug’s boat or you’re in for a long day ! LOL

The fish made us earn them, but after a couple of hours of searching, we found them and ended up putting together a solid catch with a few keepers for the cooler and some nice fish released to fight another day. Great trip! Perfect with 2 boys, a 5 and 7 year old! The captain and first mate bob were knowledgeable, friendly and great with the boys! We caught so many fish that the boys were spoiled and were upset if we went more than a couple minutes without hooking up! Luckily that lnly happened a couple times during the whole outing!

My son and I went out on a warm, calm afternoon. Not classic fishing weather or time of day. Captain Doug and Mate Joe got us on the fish anyway and we brought in a haul of striped bass. What a day! These guys know how to get on the fish.

First off captain Doug and first mate Bob offer an exceptional charter experience! This was the first time out for our family (3 boys under 10). Captain Doug and Bob had stripers on within 5 minutes of getting to our fishing destination! They were so helpful and encouraging to our children! Our kids are already asking to come back next year
