Depending on the time of year, you might hook into Mahi Mahi, Yellowfin Tuna (Ahi), Skipjack Tuna (Aku), and anything else that bites. You'll target your catch by light tackle fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

Trips with Paradise Charters are open to the whole family, so get 'em offline and onto the water! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Snacks are permitted onboard — bring your favorites!

Your vessel for the day is a 57' Viking luxury sportfishing vessel that holds up to 6 passengers. It has a fighting chair, and all the essentials. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you. Live bait is on offer, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.

There will be a First Mate on board to help your trip run smoothly. It's customary to tip the Mate 15–20% to show your appreciation.

You will need to buy a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

Some essentials to bring are sunglasses, and sunblock (non-spray). Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks and drinks included on board.
