Hello! Im Captain Matthew Miller, I have lived and fished in Pensacola & The Florida Panhandle my whole life. I was born to fish, that's why I chose guiding as my career. I started running a professional charter service in order to share his love for the fish and fishing as a sport with other like-minded people. I highly enjoy taking anyone out on the water, even new anglers & teaching them anything they want to know about our sport . This is my 17th season of charter fishing, for the first 6 years I was a deckhand, then I went to captains school and worked for a few companies for just under 2 seasons, my life partner Karri the deckhand & boss lady of the business & I bought our first boat in 2017 and have been running our family business ever since.
This year ( 2026 ) i have taken a position as Captain on a 40ft Custom Catamaran Center console in Destin Florida. We are currently looking for a captain to run our 26ft Twinvee here in Pensacola , as soon as we find the right candidate to do so i will add thier Bio to the page!

They had everything ready to go when we arrived for a fast departure. Brian always gets us on spots that produce fish and Karri was fast with the gaff and a fresh bait. One thing that keeps us coming back is the way our kids are treated. As a parent of a special needs child, Brian and Kirra are patient and helpful. They demonstrate how we will be fishing for both kids and offer encouragement every time they drop a bait.

Red fish! 18 bulls & 1 slot

Had a 4hr inshore trip Recently with some locals and their family from oklahoma! We fished around 3 mile bridge starting at 2pm, they landed 18 bull reds ( over slot ) , all 33 to 40” long!!!! Big boy bruisers! All on light tackle! So fun, but also landed a 26.5” slot redfish to take home for dinner.
What a fun trip!

1-Jumbo grey triggerfish
Took a hr to find and catch or live bait, then We ran east down the beach 6 miles from pensacola pass , put out 2 large live cigar minnows on 60lb mono leader with a snelled 6/0 Lazer Sharp tournament approved circle hook in 30ft of water, I bump trolled the baits around for about 10-15 minutes before we got the sickest bite we could of ever witnessed!!
The fish skied out of the water like 15ft in the air, wish I had it on camera. And proceeded to dump a ton of line instantly.
National Geographic stuff! We fought the tuna for 1.5hr ( would of been less time with a International ?) , fish died at the end of the fight - sunk 2 gaffs in him and we proceeded to hooop and Hollar like 5 year old kids getting ice cream from the ice cream truck lol!
I ran 5 miles south from there to get our snapper limit, which only took 20 minutes.

The weather looks absolutely amazing!
We have been catching many species of fish on our deep sea / offshore trips!
Various Snapper , Grouper , Jacks , Bonito , Mackeral , Mahi-Mahi & more.
I suggest we do a 6 or 8 hour trip , we can handle up to 6 anglers on our 26ft Twinvee Catamaran.
If you would like to do a inshore “ bay “ fishing trip we have been catching Speckled Trout, White Trout, Redfish, Spanish Mackerel, Sand perch, Sheepshead, Mangrove snappers & Small Gag & Red Groupers.

Lets go get on some big fish guys! Weather we do a inshore trio and get on the sheepshead , pompano & redfish. Or go out to the deep water to get after some true brutes, the fish are biting!

1/12/25 - PERFECT WEATHER COMING UP ON S

Hello! If your reading this, your probably interested in fishing this week, well i wanted to let anyone interested know, that 1/12/25 THIS SUNDAY , we are going to have perfect weather to get out onto the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Very very mild seas, 50 degree weather & the lightest sea breeze possible! Target fish species will be- Red Grouper, Scamp Grouper, Vermillion Snapper, Almaco Jacks, Bonito & if your interested ; Some big ol sharks! I suggested doing a 6, 8 or even 10hr trip so we can cover some good ground and get into those awesome eating and even better fighting groupers! I highly suggest doing one of these trips this time of year, beacuse we get the big red and scamp groupers in shallow water innthe winter! Also the fishing almanac shows a 94% efficiency on fish feeding! It WILL be an amazing day ! So send me a message and lets get you out on the water to get after them!!!!
