Captain Russell Fiser is a Panama City Native. Russell has loved the outdoors for as long as he could remember - he was born and raised on the water. While serving in the US Navy as a rescue swimmer, Russell had a chance to travel to Europe, the Middle-East, Caribbean, and many other places throughout the globe. He has worked as a Firefighter since 2003 and a commercial charter boat Captain since 1994.

    We had such a great experience on our charter fishing trip. The whole day felt relaxed and easy, with great conversation and plenty of laughs. Russell was very attentive and intentional, making sure everything ran smoothly and that we were taken care of the entire time. We caught fish, enjoyed the water, and truly got to slow down and enjoy the moment. It was a memorable experience from start to finish, and we would definitely do it again.

    Best captain in Panama city in my opinion. We did the captains choice and he put us on fish and we caught fish the entire time. He took the time to tell the kids about each different fish.  Highly recommend

    Our Grandkids caught their first fish!

    We booked the Kids 3 Hour Fishing Trip and it was the perfect amount of time. Captain Russell explained everything to them and we were catching fish as soon as their lines went in the water. He and his crew were very patient with helping them and the adults. It was an excellent experience and we would highly recommend them. We would definitely book with them again.

    Caught several fish in a 4 hour trip - red grouper, red snapper, scamp fish, and some squirrel fish. Russell was kind, professional, and punctual. Colt, ones of his sons, was his deck hand and he was great too. They were great with my nephew. The boat was clean and a pretty good size center console. Highly recommend.

Red Snapper Season

It was a great snapper season this summer, looking forward to the Fall season. Triggerfish opens today with Amberjack season delayed until September. Plenty of other species to be caught as well. Mahi are plentiful right now.
