The fishing has been pretty darn good lately. Salmon, usually no where to be seen, have been hanging around in the deeps of Lake Michigan off of Frankfort. Were not crushing the Kings but its enough to keep interest. The Trout fishing remains very good and we have seen some of biggest Trout ever. We took a 19 pounder theotger day. It was the guys first fish after getting skunked on 3 other charters Our Dates in August are starting to fill up for Lake Michigan Salmon. Our River Salmon trips in September are also filling up. We would love to have you on the boat this season.

We are crushing the lake trout this summer. Anything in the lower 1/3 of the water column is getting bit. Limits almost everytime. My laker taker has been our best rig on a rigger down right off the bottom. Many people are coming in with only. 1 - 2 fish. If you fish the bottom you will do mucu better. Its a little extanwork but its all worth it. Ive heard rumors of kings but i have not seen any. They will start showing up in late July. Good Luck Chromeseekers

Well, my walleye season has come to an end. The trolling bite on Scr was so so this year. The fish were dialed in on certain harnesses. The problem was, not losing that harness on a snag. My last trip i switched back to jigging. The bite started off hot with hooking 5 fish in 2 drifts. Then a storm rolled in and the bite stopped. Right before dark we hooked 2 more. All fish came on a anti freeze with a sexy shad walleye assasin paddle tail. Im done with walleye for this year. Time to get back up north for some river fishing and big lake fishing out of Frankfort, Mi. I am really looking forward to it. If you want to get out, look up Chromeseekers.

The fishing was grwat the last two days. We limited yesterday. Today was a little challenging due to the mobility of clients but they caught olenty of fish. As the water warms up the fishing continues to improve. We start off with natural looking baits. When the jig bites slows down switch to crawler harnesses and make sure they are on bottom. You want to trol just fast enough so the blades spin. I have traips available starting on Tuesday. Good Luck
