Went out Sunday and caught some really nice fish Had a couple of doubles Stripers are bitting better since the water temperature is dropping

Larger fish are bitting this week Come on and let's get a fish you'll remember a life time I have some days open the next couple of weeks Been catching them on live bait and running into some really large fish

Wow don't know where to start. My nephew Jason phoned me early in the week and wanted to schedule a fishing trip. He explained it was for his two friends Justin and Mathew from West. He said that Justin wanted to take his buddy out fishing before he was to have an operation. It was the most inspiring experience I've ever had. Matt reeled numerous fish, catching the biggest ones of the day. Just saying thank you Justin and Jason for giving me a chance to be a part of something so extraordinary and blessed in knowing Matt had a great day of fishing. Driving home today I thanked God for this day. I know I made the right decision to become a fishing guide. It was something I will take to my grave and I cant wait to be able to help someone else that has needs that feeling. I really got to know Matt today and he is a special person. Prayers for you my friend and God be with you. .

First fish of the day. Large 34 inch Striper hit a perch this morning and the fight was on. My angler was cool under the circumstances and reeled this toad in. check my calendar get you a date and lets go fishing.

Saturday I hung up with the largest Striper I've ever hooked. She ripped out 80 feet of line before I got her tuned. Handed the pole over to Steve my customer (very good angler). He proceeded to bring the beast in. She came up about 70 feet out and gave us a look then went down again. This all started right off the river channel and 20 minutes later it was over. She had found a tree about 30 feet down and we lost her. Been fishing all of my life and this goes down to one of my most exciting events for me. Thank you Steve for being part of it. This is the time of year to get hooked up with a chunk. Schedule a date and lets get going.

Went out scouting Friday to look for large fish and I found them Caught several larger fish and then the big hog hit my umbrella Lake Whitney water temperature has dropped in the 70's turning on the big bite I have Sunday open
