Captain Lyle was amazing! He was constantly aware of our needs, my hisband was sea sick). He moved the boat to find the fish numerous times in order for is to get to the fish. His communication prior to the trip was excellent. he answered emails timely and called us the day before.
This adventure is best for older children and adults. not toddlers or babies.

Important to note that you will catch more fish than you can keep. I didnt know the rules when i booked but you can only keep hatchery fish, Native fish must be released.

Water-proof shoes are a good idea; open-toed shoes or sandals are not permitted. It’s Oregon, so expect rain—I wore waders, but rain pants would have been sufficient.
This is coming onto peak season for Fall Chinook and Coho, and boats that went for that did very well.
