Red Snapper is considered the King of the Gulf of America and is one of the most sought after fish. Hard fighting and great table fare makes Red Snapper a favorite at local restaurants and are shipped around the world. Fishing with live bait, cut bait such as squid and filets of oily fish such as mackerel are a great way to put snapper in the box.
