RockenReel Sportfishing is taking full advatage of tbe exellent El Nino 2026. We caught a Mako Shark today on the troll. Bass, Bonito and Barracuda are wide open bite. 6-12 hour trips targeting local Yellowfin Tuna, Bluefin Tuna, Mahi-Mahi or Dorado and Yellowtail or Amberjack! The season is here and we are ready when you are. Highlight today was a school of hudge Yellowtail that came by Dana Point only 200 yards from shore and bent all our poles- they looked like they were all going to snap in half- epic fishing right now!
