Resumo da Viagem

On the afternoon of July 26, we headed offshore aboard ADRENALINA 2.0 in search of pelagic species under calm sea conditions. After covering productive water and trolling a combination of artificial lures and rigged baits, the action finally came when a beautiful mahi mahi (dorado) aggressively struck the spread. The dorado put up a fast, energetic fight with several powerful runs before being successfully brought alongside the boat. After a quick photo, the fish was safely released to continue swimming in the rich waters of Cabo San Lucas. Although the afternoon bite was light, patience and persistence paid off with an exciting catch, making for another memorable trip aboard ADRENALINA 2.0. ⸻ Conditions: * Calm afternoon seas * Excellent blue-water conditions * Warm weather with light winds * Productive offshore trolling ⸻ Summary: Another enjoyable afternoon aboard ADRENALINA 2.0 featuring: * 1 mahi mahi (dorado) caught and released * Excellent offshore conditions * Fun light-tackle action * A great half-day fishing experience in Cabo San Lucas Even on a slower afternoon, Cabo once again delivered with an exciting mahi mahi, proving that every trip offshore has the potential for an unforgettable catch. ????

Double Striped Marlin Action Aboard ADRE
Double Striped Marlin Action Aboard ADRE
Julho 30, 2026
On the afternoon of July 29, ADRENALINA 2.0 departed Cabo San Lucas at 2:00 PM for a 4-hour charter. We ran straight offshore to approximately 3 miles outside the bay in search of feeding yellowfin tuna. After finding no productive tuna activity, we changed course north toward the San Jaime area. Our trolling spread consisted of two rigged dead baits and four artificial lures: a Flying Fish lure, Chihuili, Petrolero, and a purple lure. At 3:45 PM, the action began when a striped marlin struck the short rigged dead bait. After a solid hookup by the mate, the fish put on an exciting 40-minute fight before being successfully brought alongside the boat. The marlin was briefly brought aboard for photos with the anglers and was then safely released in excellent condition. As we headed back toward Cabo, we had one more exciting opportunity. About half a mile later, the captain spotted another striped marlin finning on the surface. After circling the fish, it aggressively attacked the Petrolero lure, but unfortunately it failed to hook up and swam away. We returned to Cabo San Lucas Marina at 6:05 PM, completing another memorable afternoon of billfish action. ⸻ Conditions: * Calm afternoon seas * Excellent blue-water conditions * Good visibility offshore * Active striped marlin around the San Jaime area ⸻ Summary: Another successful afternoon aboard ADRENALINA 2.0 featuring: * 1 striped marlin caught and released * 1 additional striped marlin raised but not hooked * 40-minute fight * Caught on a short rigged dead bait Another outstanding catch-and-release trip showcasing the exceptional striped marlin fishing that makes Cabo San Lucas one of the world’s premier billfish destinations. ????
