Marlin and Mahi Mahi Make for an Awesome

An overall great day of fishing on the water with an unforgettable catch. Travis landed an impressive 130-pound yellowfin during his private charter on August 2, 2026. A fish of this size made for an incredible fishing experience and a catch to remember.

David and his son joined us for a half-day fishing trip on July 30, 2026. Even with limited time, Captain Keaka and mate Kalani took them far offshore and expertly located a small group of 4 to 5 birds that helped reveal where the fish were holding. The strategy paid off immediately when they hooked into a huge 50-pound bull mahi mahi. The fish put up an incredible fight, taking David and his son approximately 30 minutes to bring it to the boat. It was an exciting battle and a fantastic way to spend a half day on the water.

Another fantastic day on the water! Our guests enjoyed beautiful ocean conditions and were rewarded with a big catch that made the trip one to remember. Beyond the fishing, the day was filled with great energy, plenty of excitement, and unforgettable memories.
