Morning Salmon & A Bonus Bonita What a way to cap off the last salmon run of August! We headed out with a phenomenal crew today, and the morning bite did not disappoint. The fish were aggressive right out of the gate, and we were able to stack them in the cooler fast. Once the early bite died down, it became a true mid-day grind, but the group stuck with it, kept the energy high, and filled the day with plenty of laughs. We ended up just one fish shy of full boat limits of salmon, plus a gorgeous, hard-fighting bonito to round out the catch.
