  Four of us spent a half-day on Lake St. Clair with Captain Eric, and we had a great time. Most in our group were pretty inexperienced fishermen, but Eric was patient and made sure to set up everyone for success. Eric was very friendly, knowledgeable, and polite, and what was particularly impressive was how he continually hunted down the best spots to catch fish while adapting our fishing techniques to the conditions. In all, we ended up catching a variety of different species, and we reeled in over a dozen good sized fish. Highly recommend!

  Absolutely awesome fishing charter! There were four of us, and Captain Eric made sure we had a great time from start to finish. We caught a ton of walleye, and everyone in our group had plenty of opportunities to reel in fish. What really impressed us was how hard Eric worked to keep us on the fish. If they moved, he moved. He kept chasing them down and putting us in the right spots so there was hardly any downtime. His knowledge, equipment, and experience were top-notch, and you could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. We spent the trip laughing, catching fish, and having an absolute blast. We came home with plenty of walleye and some great memories. If you’re looking for a charter with a captain who actually works to make sure you’re catching fish instead of just sitting around hoping they bite, Captain Eric is your guy. We’ll definitely be booking with him again. Highly recommend!

  Perfect Family Walleye Trip – Fun, Successful, and Kid-Friendly

  We had an incredible experience this morning out on the water with Captain Eric! It was just my husband, our 5-year-old son, and me—and he made it such a fun, easy, and successful trip for all of us. Captain Eric was extremely knowledgeable and did a fantastic job teaching us how to jig for walleye. He explained everything in a way that was simple and approachable, which made it even more enjoyable. What really stood out was how amazing he was with our son. He was patient, engaging, and made sure he felt included and excited the whole time. That meant a lot to us as parents and truly made the trip special. He even filleted our catch for us, and we were able to enjoy a delicious fresh walleye dinner tonight—such an awesome bonus! We had a great time, caught fish, and made some awesome family memories. We will definitely be booking with Captain Eric again—highly recommend!

  Awesome experience!!

  We booked this charter for perch fishing! But when the bigger perch weren’t biting the captain quickly changed gears to make our trip complete! At the beginning we caught many small perch and kept them for bait! During the the rest of the trip we caught bigger fish such as walleye, pike and small mouth bass! We went home knowing we were going to have a great fish fry! Thank you captain Eric for making our charter memorable!

  we caught every species I wanted AND MORE!!

  Captain Eric is a very friendly, kmowledgable and easygoing guy. We loaded up and headed out right on time. When I booked the charter I told Eric we wanted to catch Small Mouth, Perch and Walleye. He explained that at this point in the season the Walleye have for the most part moved out of the area. We caught several very large Small Mouth, many Perch a few very nice ones AND 2 Walleye!! Great trip overall. We’ll be back in the Spring for more Walleye!!!
