We had an absolute blast fishing with Ronnie! He was super knowledgeable and did an awesome job keeping us on fish throughout the entire trip. One thing I really appreciated was that he didn’t just point somewhere and tell us “cast there.” He would actually explain where we needed to cast and why, what the fish were doing, and what we were trying to accomplish. You could tell he really knew the water and wanted us to understand what we were doing instead of just blindly following instructions.
Ronnie had us limited out on trout by the time we were only about halfway through the trip. He cleaned all of our trout for us and immediately got them on ice to keep them in the best condition possible, then we headed back out on the water and spent the rest of the trip targeting bass.
He was also extremely friendly and easy to talk to, and we had a blast the entire time. Ronnie even invited us to come out a little early and didn’t just cut the trip off right at 11, so we really appreciated the extra time he gave us on the water.
We caught plenty of fish, learned a lot, and had a great experience from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Ronnie to anyone looking for a guide in the Branson area, and I’ll definitely be booking with him again next time I get the chance!
